I realize that buying and selling real estate are the biggest transactions most people make in their lives, and I am very patient and thorough as I guide people through those processes. I pride myself on how well I educate and empower my clients, so they know what is happening at every point in the home buying/selling process. I am also very persistent and conscientious, and have excellent negotiation skills. I will work hard to sell your house for top dollar and/or to find the perfect home for you at the best possible price. I have lived in the Milwaukee area my entire life, and I know the entire metro Milwaukee area well. I have a lot of experience with both single-family homes and multi-family properties (I am a multi-family property owner myself). With me on your side, you'll have a great home-selling and/or home-buying experience. If you are thinking of listing your home for sale, please note that I charge 4.5-5% for FULL SERVICE listings! I do everything that a company that charges 6% does, for less. :)

Other Interests

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, reading, doing volunteer work in the community, and attending the festivals and cultural opportunities that Milwaukee has to offer. I also believe it's also important to support Milwaukee's vibrant arts culture, so I am a member of the Milwaukee Art Museum, a long-time subscriber to the Milwaukee Ballet, and I volunteer at the Milwaukee Repertory theater and attend many of their as well as other local theater companies' performances.
