HOMESALE HONORS AGENTS AT 2005 AWARDS BANQUET

“Inspiration – Be Inspired and Inspire Others!”

This was the theme of another wonderful evening for HomeSale Realty as the company honored the best of the best among its more than 200 agents. Most of those agents were on hand to pack the beautiful banquet facilities at Wauwatosa’s Bluemound Country Club on the evening of April 6, 2006.

The HomeSale Realty 2005 Awards Banquet is a special opportunity to recognize personal accomplishments, show appreciation for the positive work culture within HomeSale and to get excited about the future. It was the company’s eighth annual awards banquet and its fifth as HomeSale Realty.

According to HomeSale president Roy Scholtka, the company’s purpose is in line with the type of people who have been attracted to this company. “We’re starting to build a consensus of people looking for a different business model, one that is compassionate, sharing and expanding while, at the same time, is aware of what’s happening in the real estate market and how to better serve consumers with respect to quality, service, offering value to that quality of service and having fun!”

So what inspires HomeSale agents these days? “It goes a lot deeper than having the right attitude or taking the right action,” Scholtka said. “Inspiration means different things to different people. To some, it’s money. To others, it means things like family and a better quality of life because of the flexibility that agents have. It also means being in spirit and knowing that they are in the now.”

HomeSale’s growth – the fact that it really is a company “On the Move” – was very much in evidence at the awards banquet. The banquet room was packed with enthusiastic agents buzzing about their accomplishments in 2005 and looking eagerly ahead to what’s in store for 2006. That excitement was also reflected on the big screen as agents enjoyed a showing of their new television commercials starring the HomeSale agentmobile.

Monique Haynes, who works out of the Wauwatosa office, says she enjoys HomeSale because, “Everything is family-oriented. The veteran agents help the newer agents like myself, Roy (Scholtka) is absolutely wonderful and it’s like one big happy family. The people are what inspire me about my job.” Asked about her goals, Monique smiled and replied, “To become a millionaire!”

The family atmosphere also rings true for Chrys Gregoire, office administrator at the Tosa office. “The company is fresh and it really cares about its employees,” said Gregoire. “It’s one of those companies that really thinks of everybody as part of their family. The try to make sure the employees can do their jobs and they help out whenever they can. When they say they are there for you and that they have the best deal for you, they really mean it. The loving, fun environment we have at our company is what inspires me every day.” “HomeSale Realty is very exciting to me,” added Jay Krickeberg, the 2005 Rookie of the Year. “From the veteran agents to the new agents, everybody is on the same page as far as sharing and learning. In not even two years with the company, I am now getting to be a veteran agent and sharing advice with the newer agents to learn as much as they can. If they do that, they’ll feel the enthusiasm that everybody wants to get it done. Faith and family are what inspire me and for me, HomeSale Realty is Family ‘B’ and Family ‘A’ is at home, my wife and my four kids.”

Edmundo Hernandez, one of this year’s Top 25 Agents, explained that, “When we started HomeSale, we wanted to give home buyers and sellers the best deal for their money. We wanted to be fair and it’s worked for us. That’s why we’ve grown.”

So what inspires Roy Scholtka and keeps him going? “My outer purpose (which is in line with my inner purpose) is to have a oneness with life. To embrace life now. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is out there somewhere. What inspires me is to access the present moment and to consciously use it to help build a company, a vehicle for people to succeed and a vehicle to help them help other people. We’re looking for continued growth and expansion with this company and out of that growth will come more good things. As an entity, I think we’re going to see HomeSale double over the next 3-4 years.”

Congratulations to all of the winners!
